Types of Appliances:

Traditional metal braces - easiest to clean and the appliance of choice if you want to get different colors on your braces each month.


In addition to traditional metal braces Dr. Martin also offers the following types of appliances.  Lingual braces are only for adults and older teenagers.

Clear ceramic braces - These are harder to clean than metal braces, but are not as obvious as traditional metal braces.
